Serving the Whole Person. Fostering Hope. Creating Opportunity.

Our vision is to see empowered, healthy, and resilient communities supported by a connected ecosystem of resources, services, partnerships, and opportunities where individuals and families can thrive.

A group of six people standing in front of a wall with a sign that says 'Please Come In! Welcome'. They are holding a large check for $1,000 made out to AFG Ministry, dated January 18, 2023, from McDonald's Golden Grant. The wall has red heart-shaped balloons on either side and a wooden panel. The group is smiling and dressed casually, with some wearing black t-shirts with white text.
